Ratings Review: HAWAII FIVE-O (Season Four)
The move to Friday nights has been really good for HAWAII FIVE-O. Viewership increased and the demographic ratings are healthy, for the environment of Friday nights. Of an era of many, many failed reboots of TV series, H5O is still an examole of how to bring back a classic series, the right way.
Now geared towards an older crowed, HAWAII FIVE -O ratings have been very stable and consistent. You can count on it to bring in between 9.5 and 10.5 million viewers and a mid-one rating in Adults 18-49. it is usually #1 ion it's time slot, for total viewers, and second in the A18-49 ratings.
H5O is a strong DVR series. It will ad more than three million viewers and 50% in the demo for most episodes, putting it near the top of all shows in the LIVE+7 ratings. if it can continue these numbers in 2014-15, it could see many more seasons to come.
For the season, HAWAII FIVE-O averaged 9.08 million viewers and a 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 27 airings, including five repeat episodes. The addition of new cast members should help keep the series fresh, as it enters it's fifth season. There are no new competitors in the time slot, for the 2014-15 season, so more of the same should come for the series.
