Ratings Review: FAMILY GUY (Season 12)

FAMILY GUY is the top animated comedy on FOX. it is also the most consistently rated of the Animated shows. Now after 12 seasons, and once cancellation, FAMILY GUY looks to be the next THE SIMPSONS< with no end in sight.

From the first episode of the season to the season finale, FAMILY GUY pulled in about the same amount of viewers, each week. The A18-49 ratings is almost ways above a 2.0, with the occasional 2.7-3.0 rating. Total viewership ranges between 4.5 and 5.5 million.

FAMILY GUY is also a decent performer in the DVR ratings, adding about anther 33 to 50 percent to it's A18-49 ratings, after 7 days of the initial airing of an episode.

For the season, FAMILY GUY averaged4.25 million viewers and a 2.1 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 29 airings, including eight encore episodes. FAMILY GUY should give us more of the same next season, but will the addition of the live action comedy BROOKLYN NINE-NINE as it's new lead in, hurt it in the ratings?
