Ratings Review: BETRAYAL (Season One)

ABC was hoping he freshman drama BETRAYAL would be the next REVENGE, but s most of the 2013-14 season had gone for ABC, it become a total dud.

The ratings were weak from the series premiere and only got worse from there. Viewership hovered around the three million level and rarely did it climb above a 1.0 in the A1-49 ratings. it had the markings of a quick cancellation, but ABC decided to stick it out and air all 13 episodes.

For the season, BETRAYAL averaged 3.45 million viewers and a 0.9 rating in Adults 18-49. The series will not return for a second season. But those few fans should feel good that they did get to see all of the produced episodes, on broadcast TV.
