Social Activity TV Chart: September 19, 2013

If the Nielsen ratings were never available, you would think THE X FACTOR was the big hit of the TV season. over two days, it has collected 600,000 social posts and messages. it has topped NFL Football, DUCK DYNASTY and the season finale of BIG BROTHER. It is a good example that contradicts the research that TV shows with high social activity, also have high TV ratings. THE X FACTOR is average, at best, in the Nielsen ratings.

The Thursday Night Football game on NFL Network  was top dog on cable. Its activity topped 243,000 social posts, about five times more than the next closest cable program.
