CBS Daily Late Night Ratings Release: January 14, 2020

With a live broadcast following last night’s Democratic debate, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT, with special guest Michael Bloomberg, beat the combined competition (3.28m versus 2.97m) according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same-day fast affiliate ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 14.

Additionally, for the week ending Friday, Jan. 10 (week 16 of the 2019-2020 broadcast season), in live plus 3-day lift, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT beat its closest competition (“The Tonight Show”) by +80% in viewers (3.63m versus 2.02m). In viewers, THE LATE SHOW has won every first-run week this season.

Colbert’s first monologue of the year has amassed over 3.7 million views on YouTube. Also, THE LATE SHOW was the #1 late night show in views of current content for the week of Jan. 6. (Source: Tubular Labs).

With live plus 3-day and live plus 7-day ratings this season, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT delivers 3.69 million viewers, 0.7 in adults 25-54 and 0.5 in adults 18-49 – leading among all the late night programs in these measures.
