US Box Office Ratings: October 19 - 21, 2018

The new HALLOWEEN movie had a huge debut weekend, scoring $77.5 million, the econd best weekend opening for an October release. Not a bad opening for a film that cost just $10 million to make. This is the 11th film in the franchise and is already the highest grossing of the 40 year old franchise.

A STAR IS BORN remained in the #2 spot, for the third weekend in a row, while Last week's #1, dropped to third place.
