Final Broadcast Ratings: May 12, 2017

CBS leads all networks on Friday evening, sweeping the ratings, lead by the season finale of HAWAII FIVE-O and its 8.2 million viewers and 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49. The action drama is down from last year's finale, by two-tenths of a point in the demo and 600k in total viewers.

NBC and ABC were battling it out for second place. The main difference is how each network's newsmagazine performed. DATELINE had a 900,000 viewer advantage and posted an A18-49 rating 33% better than ABC.

THE CW and FOX didn't do much different from each other, as both networks scored the same low ratings in the A18-34 and A18-49 demographics. FOX did draw 500,000 more viewers and a slightly better A25-54 demo rating.
