Final Broadcast Ratings: April 6, 2017

CBS sweeps a rather unimpressive Thursday night in the ratings. Not a single network averaged over 7 million viewers and the highest A18-49 demographic ratings average is under a 1.5 rating. THE BIG BANG THEORY is the #1 show of the night, grabbing 12.3 million viewers and a 2.6 rating in the A18-49 demo. That is mostly flat to last week's ratings. Week two of THE AMAZING RACE did win the 10 PM hour and the numbers did not drop from its premiere.

GREY'S ANATOMY pushed ABC to a second place finish, as the #2 program of the evening. The demos lost about 15%, week-to-week, while the losses from total viewership was about half that. THE CATCH did perk up to top THE BLACKLIST: REDEMPTION, at 10 PM.

NBC barely edges out FOX for the #3 spot. FOX was better at 8 PM, as MASTERCHEF JR. performs better than the two comedies, but the horrible KICKING AND SCREAMING (worst rated BIG 4 show of the night) drug down the average.
