Final Broadcast Ratings: February 27, 2017

With the return of THE VOICE, NBC dominated the Monday night ratings, sweeping the night. THE VOICE drew 13 million viewers and a 3.1 rating in Adults 18-49. Compared to last spring's premiere, THE VOICE is down 300,000 viewers and about 10% in the demo. However, compared to this past fall's premiere, viewership is up 1.7 million viewers and four-tenths of a point in the A18-49 demo.

Following THE VOICE was the series premiere of TAKEN, based on the trilogy of movies from the past decade. The action drama held about 50% of its lead in audience and is slightly down from the premiere of TIMELESS, last October.

Over on ABC, the premiere of the TV event, WHEN WE RISE, did not do that in the ratings. With under 3.0 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in the A18-49 demo, the program lost over 60% of the total audience from THE BACHELOR and dropped two-third to three-quarters of the viewers in each of the demographic categories.

CBS placed third on the night with decent performances from its line up. FOX topped The CW for fourth place.
