Weekly CW Ratings: December 5 - 9, 2016

Three of the four DC superhero series aired their fall finales, with THE FLASH leading the way with 3.14 million viewers, with LEGENDS OF TOMORROW scoring two million. THE FLASH was also the only CW program to post any demographic rating above a 1.0, let alone in all three. ARROW was just under two million, with 1.9 million. SUPERGIRL already ended its fall run, but posted good numbers for two encore episodes, on Monday night.

As the network begins to close for the holidays, a look to the winter schedule does look to be slightly stronger than the fall's. NO TOMORROW and FREQUENCY are out, with LEGENDS OF TOMORROW moving behind THE FLASH and THE 100 returns to Wednesday, behind ARROW. RVERDALE, the adaptation of the Archies comics, is a big unknown, but should get a decent sampling behind SUPERNATURAL, on Thursday nights. FRIDAY nights will still be very weak, with THE ORIGINALS and the last season of REIGN taking over.

For the week, the CW averaged 1.47 million viewers, a 0.4 rating in Adults 18-34, a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49 and a 0.6 rating in Adults 25-54.
