Final Broadcast Ratings: December 13, 2016

NBC and THE VOICE dominate the night, winning all three younger demographic categories and coming in second in total viewers. THE VOICE collected 12.1 million total viewers for the finale, plus a 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49. Compared to last fall's finale, viewership is down 600,000 viewers and 14% in the A18-49 demo. Over this season, from premiere to finale, THE VOICE lost 25% in the A18-49 demo and 37% in the younger A18-34 demo, but total viewership was relatively steady.

CBS' three crime dramas aired their last episodes of 2016, with all three getting 10 million, or more, total viewers. NCIS won the 8 PM hour in all four reported categories, including a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. CBS was second on the night.

ABC topped FOX for third place. THE MIDDLE and AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE were the only two shows, from either network, to get traction viewership. SCREAM QUEENS only managed 1.1 million viewers at 9 PM, the lowest of any show from the BIG 4 networks.
