Preliminary Ratings: Monday 10/31/2016

As expected, just about everything was down from last week's ratings, as Halloween put a slight dent into the ratings. Only 2 BROKE GIRLS, THE ODD COUPLE and SCORPION appear to be up from last week. That was just enough for CBS to slide into the #2 spot of the night.

NBC still retained its #1 ranking on the night, but both programs were down, including two million total viewers and about one-third of the A18-49 demo, for THE VOICE. TIMELESS was second in the 10 PM hour, behind SCORPION.

ABC's is down from last week and will lose more when finals ratings come in, as the ABC affiliate in Minneapolis was preempted to carry the Monday Night Football game, involving the Vikings and the Bears.

FOX and The CW are down about 15-20 percent, week-to-week. Both DC comic series took a hit in the 8 PM hour, as kids were out trick-or-treating.
