Primetime Cable Ratings: October 12, 2016

Cable news rules the Wednesday night ratings, with FOX News taking three of the top four spots, and MSNBC placing all three hours within the top 10. FOX averages 3.2 million viewers on the night, while MSNBC pulls in 2.3 million viewers, over primetime. CNN is a distant third among the news networks, with only a 1.7 million viewership average.

AMERICAN HORROR STORY (#3) remains flat, week-to-week, despite no MLB playoff games to contend with. It is the night's #1 program in the A18-49 demographic, with a 1.5 rating.
