Primetime Cable Ratings: August 9, 2016

THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS was Tuesday night's #1 show, drawing 2.9 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. That topped the #2 program, WWE SMACKDOWN, by 400,000 viewers, but the two shows had the same demo rating.

Primetime Olympic coverage from MSNBC was the #5 program of the night, collecting 1.9 million viewers, along with tying for the top demo rating, with a 0.8 score. Bravo's evening coverage drew just over 410,000 viewers and posted a 0.1 demo rating.

All six rerun episodes of BIG BANG THEORY made the chart, averaging a 0.6 rating, in the A18-49 demo, and 1.6 million viewers, over the three hours of primetime.
