Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 07/03/2016

Being the network with the most original programming, ABC had a relatively easy time winning the Sunday night ratings. The three game shows were the top programs of the night, averaging over six million viewers and a 1.1 rating in the A18-49 demographic, from 8 to 11 PM.

NBC came somewhat close with its two hours of Olympic Trials, from 7 to 9 PM. Only the game show did better on the night. Even the encore airing of AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR did decent, being the top encore show of the night.

For CBS, the Original BIG BROTHER edition was not enough to counter the low numbers the crime drama encores brought in. Over on FOX, the all-encore line up did not have much of a chance in the ratings.
