Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 06/26/2016

ABC beat NBC for the Sunday sweep in the ratings, thanks to a strong showing of its three classic game shows. From 8 to 11 PM, ABC averaged 7.5 million viewers, a 1.0 rating in Adults 18-34 and a 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49. The series premiere of the new $100,000 PYRAMID, was the night's top show, drawing 8 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in the A18-49 demo.

NBC was a close second, in the younger demographics, with its Olympic championship coverage of the USA Diving and Gymnastic teams. The Gymnastics P&G Championships posted a solid 1.5 rating in the A18-49 demographic, from 9 to 11 PM.

CBS was a distant third place on the night, with just the Sunday edition of BIG BROTHER drawing in sizable audience. The reality series tied CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD in the A18-49 and A25-54 demographics, but was down, year-to-year, by about 18%.

FOX finally said 'Good-Bye' to low rated comedy, COOPER BARRET, as the series finale barely drew one million viewers. It was the lowest rated program of the night.
