Final Broadcast Ratings: June 2, 2016

Game one of The NBA Finals, on ABC, dominates the Thursday ratings, grabbing X million viewers and a robust X rating in Adults 18-49. ABC is touting it as the most watched NBA game ever, on ABC. It easily topped last years game one and looks to beat the 2014 opening game, featuring the Heat and Spurs.

CBS was a very distant second place, with an all-encore line up. That topped FOX's all-original night, for third place. NBC was also all-original, with the series finale of STRONG and the last Thursday night airing of GAME OF SILENCE.

The fourth season premiere of BEAUTY & THE BEAST, on the CW, did little to attract viewers, drawing just 800,000 viewers and a 0.2 rating in Adults 18-34.
