Late Night Ratings: Nov. 11 - Dec. 5, 2014

Four of the late night programs posted their best ratings, over the course of the last month, within the past two weeks. The biggest jump came from JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE!, drawing 3.7 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. The week was the most watched ever for the lane night talker and it came within 250k in total viewers to THE TONIGHT SHOW. And, THE TONIGHT SHOW posted its best numbers of the four weeks represented, during the same week.

NIGHTLINE also did very week, the week of Thanksgiving, towing over both LATE NIGHT and THE LATE LATE SHOW, grabbing 2.22 million viewers. Not to much of a surprise, given the news events happing around that week. Currently, ABC is the top network after 12:35 am.

This coming week will be the last for Craig Ferguson on THE LATE LATE SHOW, and the beginning of the second wave of the transformation of late night TV. By the time it all end, in September of 2015 (When Colbert takes over for Letterman), Jimmy Kimmel and Conan O'Brian will be the "old veterans" of late night talk.
