CW Weekly Ratings: December 8 - 12, 2014

It was another good week for the CW, topping last week's season best. The network averaged 2.1 million viewers as four of the five nights aired regular programming, while Friday night's encore of the new TNT series did well in the time slot.

THE FLASH was once again, the top CW series of the week, posting 4.7 million viewers, better than last week's crossover event. The demo number did drop a tenth of a point. The second week of increased viewership did finally pay off for SUPERNATURAL, posting its best number in many weeks..

On Thursday night, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES equaled its best ratings of the season, with 1.8 million viewers and a 0.9 demo. that lead in to REIGN, which recorded its best ratings of the season, grabbing 1.4 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating.

The CW used friday night to air an encore of the series premiere movie of the new TNT seires, THE LIBRARIANS. the 1.6 million viewers and a0.4 demo, was relatively respectable and out performed TOP MODEL did on the night, one week earlier.
