Final Broadcast Ratings: July 29, 2014

NBC's FOOD FIGHTERS performed nicely in week two, gaining 30% in the A18-49 ratings and winning the 8 p.m. hour in the demographic. The food series easily beat both NCIS and EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS, not to mention the FOX comedies, and came in second in total viewers. NBC might just have another solid summer series on it's hands. Now, if they could just to the same for the fall season.

AMERICA'S GOT TALENT pulled in similar numbers as last week, showing that it may have reached it's potential for 2014. But, at least for now, the ratings are staying flat instead of dropping through the summer, like previous seasons experienced.

ABC placed second on the night, in the A18-49 ratings, and 4th in total viewers. EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS did beat the CBS crime dramas in the A18-49 numbers, while CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP topped a repeat of PERSON OF INTEREST.

ABC - 3.4 million viewers, 1.1 rating in A18-49

CBS - 6.4 million viewers, 0.9 rating in A18-49

CW - 0.7 million viewers, 0.3 rating in A18-49

FOX - 1.3 million viewers, 0.6 rating in A18-49

NBC - 8.6 million viewers, 2.0 rating in A18-49
