Ratings: Broadcast Finals for November 28, 2013

NBC easily takes Thanksgiving night with the NFL primetime game featuring the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens.  The game drew 21.1 million viewers and a 6.9 rating in Adults 18-49. That is up 2 million viewers, from last year's game, but down 4% in the demo ratings.

FOX did air original episodes on the night, but they performed worst than most of the repeats airing on CBS and ABC. The network finished a fourth on the night.

Not many viewers cared about tuning into the Muppets/Lady Gaga holiday special. it finished third/last in its time period for the entire 90 minute run. Why ABC didn't run it immediately after the Charlie Brown Special, I have no idea. But, they way the network has been programming this year, it is not surprising.

THE BIG BANG THEORY encore was boosted by the overrun from the NFL game, drawing the second best ratings on the night, with 11.2 million viewers and a 3.3 demo rating. That helped give a little rule to THE CRAZY ONES marathon from 9 to 10:30 p.m..
